"Gravity & Other Myths' Ten Thousand Hours has met with a lot of success. This happens when a comedian has become far too self absorbed and political. His trademark yelling now indicates when he needs the audience to laugh. He was funnier when gradually working himself into a frenzy. The material would be the source of laughter as he raised his voice. I saw 6 comedians this year, with Gravity & Other Myths' Ten Thousand Hours having at least double the average ticket price. Yet, I would rate him in last place. Another thing the audience did not appreciate: almost a 30 minute intermission between opening act and Gravity & Other Myths' Ten Thousand Hours! Of the last 20 comics I have seen, there has been no such delay. The theater staff said it was built in for Gravity & Other Myths' Ten Thousand Hours so the audience could go out into the lobby and buy his promotional items. Quite an embarrassing performance overall for one of my previously favorite comics."
